• Minimum stay is based on demand. The average number of nights is 7 - arriving on Saturday.

• The availability calendar is set to automatically allow 7 nights and Saturday arrival.

• The accommodation sleeps 4.  Sorry, no pets.

• Check-in is after 13.00 and check-out is before 10.00am.

• The lead guest must be 25 years of age.

• Hen & stag parties are not allowed on the park.

• Guests can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.

• The accommodation and immediate decking area are non-smoking areas. This includes e-cigarettes.

• Returnable damage deposit required.
