The accommodation is graded Gold as per Haven's caravan accommodation guide.  It's a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom residential specification holiday home located within the sought after

Golf Village at Seton Sands.

It sleeps 4 people.  Sorry, no pets.

The accommodation offers:  a spacious, comfortable lounge, fully equipped kitchen with integrated dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, large dining area, family bathroom (with bath and shower), large main bedroom with king size bed with en suite shower room and WC, twin bedroom with single beds (that can be converted into a double bed), free private wi-fi, large 4k flat screen tv with ready-installed, integrated HDMI cable, several fitted USB charging ports, secure wraparound decking, private parking bay and central heating throughout.

Linen and towels are provided as standard.

Situated 350 metres from the beach.  27 minutes to Edinburgh by car.  50 minutes to Edinburgh by bus  - there's a bus stop located at the holiday park. 15 minutes to Edinburgh from Prestonpans train station.   Less than a minutes walk from the on-site 9 hole golf course and just 1km away from the first of the 21 golf courses on the Golf Coast.

This accommodation is intended for holidaymakers only.

It is not available to commercial businesses, or staff representing, or working, on behalf of commercial businesses that intend to use the accommodation as a base for work - even on a temporary, short-stay basis. 

Electric vehicle (EV) charging points are available and are located at the car park closest to reception.  Electric vehicle charging is not permitted at the accommodation (please see EV policy).

The lounge can be separated from the kitchen/dining area using the wooden, sliding door to create a cosier feel.  Double glass sliding doors provide access to the generous decking area.

A king size bedroom with en-suite shower room and bathroom as well as a twin room that can be converted to a comfortable double.  There is also a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
